1.1 What these terms cover
These terms and conditions contain legal information related to this site, the Consumer Contracts Regulations and your contract to purchase. Please review these terms and conditions prior to using the site to make any orders. By using our site, you are agreeing accept and to abide these terms and conditions. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our site.

1.2 Our site is directed to people residing in England OR the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.

2. How you may use material on our site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

3. Information about us and how you should contact us

3.3 Who owns this website.
This website is owned and operated by Bespoke Wine Collection Limited. We are a Bespoke Wine Collection company - trading as Bespoke Wine Collection (“We”). We are a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 11058611 and our registered office is at c/o Nicholas Peters & Co, 2nd Floor, 10-12 Bourlet Close, London, W1W 7BR. Our registered VAT number is 307 2571 20.

3.4 How we may contact you.
If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order. ("Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails).

4. Our contract with you

4.1 You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (18 in the UK) to order on this site.

4.2 Prices, unless otherwise stated, all prices include UK duty and VAT.


4.3 When you place an order online for one of our Bespoke Wine Collection packages you will be contacted directly by our team to make arrangements for a meeting to discuss your requirements.

4.4 Meetings with our team would be subject to availability and will run from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and Saturdays 10am until 2pm. (excluding public holidays)

4.5 Prices of the packages shown online are a starting rate, the final prices apply only to orders made after the meeting with our team. We reserve the right to alter prices and promotions at any time without notice.

4.6 Upon completion of the meeting, your Bespoke Wine Collection order will be processed and invoiced. If your order is for collection, once payment has been received within 7 days of the invoice, we will send you a despatch confirmation email, and at that point your contract to purchase is complete.

4.7 If your order is part of our online gift service, payment will need to be made online at checkout.

4.8 If there are any problems, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time until the contract to purchase is complete.

4.9 We will cancel any order that fails our credit card fraud checks, or on the advice of our payment provider, the issuing bank or the cardholder. If an order is shown to be fraudulent, we will inform the police and cancel any further orders by the same customer.

5. Delivery

5.1 All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of legal drinking age in the destination country (18 in the UK).

5.2 We only accept orders for delivery to physical addresses. We do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes.

5.3 Although we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, all delivery dates and times are only estimates and not guarantees.

5.4 For most deliveries, wine will be repacked in transit-safe packaging. The original packaging will not be included.

5.5 In the event that your order or part of your order is broken in transit we will issue a refund for the broken items or a replacement. Should your order arrive damaged you may either refuse the entire delivery or note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, it will be assumed they have been received in good condition.

5.6 In the event that the wrong products are delivered to you we will replace them (provided we can still supply the product(s) from stock) or have them returned to us and issue a refund. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges.

5.7 In the event that you are not able to receive delivery and you do not rearrange it with our courier within their specified time frame, your order may be returned to us. Should this happen, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempt.

5.8 If you order for collection from our offices, you must bring photographic ID and the card used to pay for your order. Without these, we will not release it. If you do not pick your order up within one month of purchase, the order will be cancelled, the stock will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

5.9 We cannot ship gift packaging, Wine Cases and certain other restricted items to addresses outside the UK. We can work with clients from outside UK but we do it upon our choice and after confirmed by us.

6. UK Consumer Contract Regulations Cancellations

6.1 Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your entire order and receive a full refund (on non-personalised items, see below), including for the original delivery charge, for up to fourteen days beginning from the day on which you receive the goods.
6.2 To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address. You must then arrange to have the goods returned to us at the above address. If we can collect the items from within our main delivery area (mainland England, Wales and Scotland, excluding the Highlands) we will arrange a courier free of charge on request. Outside that area, you will be liable for the cost of the return. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession such that they are returned to us in a saleable condition. Your refund will be issued via your original payment method.

7. Returns

7.1 If you wish to return a purchase to us, we will only process refunds of non-personalised wine cases, we would be happy to exchange it, issue online credit or refund you.

7.2 You must return the wine cases within 35 days of delivery and are required to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession such that they are returned to us in a saleable condition. If we can collect the items from within our main delivery area (mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland) we will arrange a courier free of charge on request. Outside that area, you will be liable for the cost of the return.

8. Corked & otherwise faulty wine

8.1 If we verify that a wine purchased by you from us is corked or otherwise faulty, we will issue you with online credit on return of the bottle in question. To qualify for online credit the wine must have been purchased within the last six months and not damaged or improperly stored. If you suspect a problem with the wine upon use, reseal the wine in the bottle and contact us within 48 hours of opening it. We may then make arrangements to have the bottle returned to us for testing.

8.2 Upon receipt of the corked or faulty wine, we shall endeavour to respond to you within 7 days with our findings from the testing. If it is found that the wine was corked, we shall offer you either and exchange, online credit or a full refund.

8.3 All online credits for corked or otherwise faulty wine are issued at our sole discretion.

9. Bespoke Wine Collection

9.1 Our Bespoke Wine Collection services are only available in certain parts of the UK (most of mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland). We cannot ship Wine Cases to other destinations.

10. Events

10.1 Bespoke Wine Collection also provides services for corporate events, weddings and other celebrations.

10.2 Please contact our team should you wish to book our services for such an event. Your booking will not be secured until payment is received for the event. Payment must be made in advance by (cleared) cheque or credit/debit card. Where a deposit is taken, this is non-refundable should there be a cancellation 4 weeks before the event.

10.3 In the event of cancellation for any reason, exchanges or full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 4 weeks before the date of the event. Up to 2 weeks prior to the event you may transfer the event to another date subject to availability, there may be additional charges. If however, if you are unable to host the event or change the date, no refunds will be provided. If you do not attend a booked event, no refund will apply except under exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of Bespoke Wine Collection).

11. Information about you, GDPA
Bespoke Wine Collection processes information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. Please use the link to access our privacy policy. By using our site you agree to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Bespoke Wine Collection advises you to read this before continuing.

12. We are not responsible for websites we link to
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

13. Do not rely on information on this site
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
Bespoke Wine Collection Limited encourages responsible drinking. It is a stipulation of the Licensing Act 2003 that we do not serve or sell alcohol at our in-house/eternal events to people who appear to be intoxicated or who are under the age of 18 years.
